Braised Grapefruit Peel
1.
One day in advance, remove the outer layer of yellow peel from the grapefruit peel, cut the flesh into slices, rinse 5-6 times, and soak until the next day
2.
Squeeze the soaked grapefruit peel to dry the water
3.
Put the squeezed grapefruit peel into water and boil
4.
Cook until the grapefruit peel is transparent, remove and drain, and squeeze the water after cooling.
5.
Put the sliced garlic and ginger into the hot oil and sauté
6.
Add the prepared grapefruit peel and stir fry quickly
7.
Stir-fry for half a minute, then pour in appropriate amount of cold water, add a small amount of light soy sauce, salt, coconut milk, lemon juice, and simmer dry water
8.
After simmering until the water is dry, use a spatula to squeeze the grapefruit peel until there is not too much water out, turn off the heat, and serve
Tips:
It is very necessary to repeatedly remove the water, otherwise the grapefruit peel will become bitter; the water in the grapefruit peel must be pressed out at the end of the stir-frying process, which will be more refreshing.
