Braised Grass Carp Cubes

After the grass carp is washed, drain the blood and cut into pieces, (for those with heavy taste, you can pickle the cooking wine and salt first). It is not marinated here.

Ginger, spring onion and garlic can be shredded or sliced according to my preference. I personally prefer to shred.

Pour in the oil, heat and stir-fry the peppercorns

Add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

Add bean paste and stir fry

Add cooking wine and vinegar, stir fry until fragrant and add fish cubes

Stir-fry fish pieces and sauce for coloring

After the stir-fry is colored, add water to boil, add salt, sugar, and soy sauce. If you like the spiciness, you can add a little dried chili at this time.

After simmering for 15 minutes, remove the soup

Sprinkle some cilantro, braised grass carp on a platter
