I still like to use grass carp head, which is more plump!

Braised Grass Carp Head

1. Wash the fish head

2. Put the ginger and fish head in the frying pan

3. Fry until the fish head is golden brown

4. Add some chili sauce and cooking wine

5. Add the right amount of soy sauce and light soy sauce

6. Add sugar and water to boil

7. Reduce heat and simmer for seven or eight minutes

8. Just sprinkle chives

Tips:

You can add some vinegar to get rid of fishy
