Braised Grilled Fish with Sauce

Four Grilled Skin Fish

Peel off the skin, cut the belly of the fish to remove the internal organs and fish gills, clean it for later use

Chopped green onion, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, one star anise and set aside

Cut the coriander

Add oil onion, ginger, garlic and star anise in a hot pan until fragrant

Change the heat to a low heat and add the sweet noodle sauce

Add appropriate amount of water, a little sugar, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar and a little light soy sauce

Put in the washed fish

Add the right amount of salt to a boil over high heat, change to medium heat and simmer slowly

Stew until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat
