Braised Grouper

A piece of grouper belly, remove the scales and wash.

Cut the belly of the fish into pieces and grab it with an appropriate amount of salt

Add two spoons of cornstarch and mix well.

Cut the green onion into sections and shred the ginger.

Raise the frying pan and heat the fish into the pan and fry

Fry the fish until golden on both sides

After the fish is fried, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and water, and cook for 2 minutes.
