Pleurotus eryngii with abalone taste is braised with octopus. A very delicious delicacy.

Braised Hairtail with Pleurotus Eryngii

1. Add salt, cooking wine, sugar, sweet vinegar to the bowl

2. Add the sweet noodle sauce and stir evenly into a braised sauce

3. The hairtail is cleaned, cut into sections, and coated with flour

4. Start the frying pan and fry the octopus

5. Scallion, ginger, garlic, aniseed in the pan and fry until fragrant

6. Pour in the braised sauce and add some water

7. Pleurotus eryngii into the pot, cover the pot and cook, cook, turn off the heat, serve and serve

Tips:

The braised sauce is prepared according to personal taste.
