Braised Hairy Crabs

All materials are cleaned

Separate the hairy crab body from the shell and cut in half. Green pepper, Zhitian pepper, minced garlic, sliced ginger

Pour oil in a hot pan. When it is 50% hot, pour in ginger, garlic, and minced pepper. stir fry

Stir fry for two minutes and pour in the hairy crabs. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little water. Stir fry non-stop. Then cover the pot and simmer.

Let the crabs turn red after simmering for 5-8 minutes. Stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes, mix the cornstarch with water, and add to the pot to thicken. Stir fry for another 2 minutes to get out of the pot
