Braised Jade Tofu with Abalone Sauce

Cut the jade tofu into thick slices.

Mince ginger and garlic, and cut green onion into flowers.

Put the crab sticks in the boiling water with cooking wine and scoop them out for later use.

Put oil in a pot and sauté the minced ginger and garlic.
5.
Add the yuzi tofu and gently shake the pot to let the tofu flatten and fry the bottom of the pan.

Shake the pot, turn the tofu over and fry it to form the tofu.

Pour in the crab fillet, add abalone sauce, salt, light soy sauce, water starch and chicken powder and cook for a while.

Add chopped green onion and flip gently to serve. (Carefully place the tofu yard on the bottom of the dish, place the crab fillet on top, and just put the chopped green onion).
Tips:
1. Avoid stir-frying with a spatula during the whole process.
2. All the flavors are adjusted to flavor juice, so that the tofu will have a more even flavor.
