Braised Japanese Tofu

Cut the Japanese tofu and garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil, add garlic, cook in a pot, add Japanese tofu, stir fry a few times, add seafood soy sauce, and consume oil. Add half a bowl of water and simmer on low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes and add some starch mixed with water to make the soup thicker. Continue to boil and simmer for a while, stir fry a few times, don't stick to the pot, it feels like the soup is almost ready to be out of the pot.

If there is a lot of tofu, add more water and be sure to watch the pot. Japanese tofu is the easiest to stick to the pot.

Japanese tofu is relatively rare and can be made into rice bowls. If you want to eat as a family, you have to buy 5 bags of Japanese tofu.
