The braised Japanese tofu is made with a steaming method. The taste is very special.

Ingredients

Braised Japanese Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Cut the tofu and put it on the plate

3. Dice carrots and put them on top of each piece of tofu

4. If steamed for 10 minutes

5. Pour out the ketchup

6. Add cold boiled water, mix well, boil in a frying pan, and pour it on the Japanese tofu. I forgot to shoot this step.
