Braised Kelp with Cabbage Leaves

Wash the cabbage leaves and tear them into lumps

Wash and cut the soaked kelp
3.
Hot oil, sautéed chives
4.
Add cabbage leaves
5.
Stir-fry until the seedlings collapse
6.
Add kelp and stir well
7.
Add some oyster sauce
8.
Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 2 minutes
9.
Add salt and sugar to taste
10.
Turn off the heat after turning off the juice
11.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste
Tips:
1. Use oyster sauce for freshness, not adding soy sauce.
2. After the seaweed is soaked, it can be boiled for 10 minutes in advance and then used to cook dishes.
