Generally, a little flour is added to make egg cakes. In fact, with leftover rice added to it, the omelet tastes very good. Add some of your favorite seasonal vegetables to make it more nutritious and tasteful. Proper meals are delicious in one.

Rice and Seasonal Vegetable Omelette

1. Peel the potatoes, wash and chop

2. Carrots and green peppers are washed and chopped

3. Wash and chop Chinese cabbage leaves

4. Place chopped seasonal vegetables in a container

5. Add rice

6. Add salt and white pepper and stir well

7. Beat in the eggs and stir evenly into a batter

8. Pick up the frying pan, fry the cake paste into the pan, fry it and turn off the heat to serve

1. The ingredients are matched according to personal preference.
2. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
