Braised Lamb

Cut the lamb into small pieces, put it in the pot, add cold water, put a piece of ginger and a tablespoon of cooking wine, boil (with the lid open) and continue to cook for two minutes, remove, rinse and drain

Heat a wok with a tablespoon of salad oil, sauté the spring onion and ginger slices, then pour in the mutton and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir well

Step 3 Pour all the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker, add one piece of bay leaf, one piece of cinnamon, one star anise, two dried chilies, and then pour 200ml of boiling water

At this time, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces with a hob. Put them in a wok and stir-fry with 2 teaspoons of salad oil for two minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.

After the electric pressure cooker stops working and releases the pressure, open the lid and pour in the fried potatoes and carrots. Do not close the lid tightly.
