Braised Lamb

Put the star anise, cinnamon, green onion and ginger in the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Then add cumin, Pixian bean paste, tomato sauce, garlic and bay leaves and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add lamb, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, white vinegar, and cumin.

Add some water, carrots, and salt, and simmer for 30 minutes.
