Braised Large Yellow Croaker π

Wash the large yellow croaker and make three cuts on both sides of the back. Sprinkle cooking wine, a little salt, spread evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

After marinating, use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture.

Fry the fish after the oil temperature rises. Don't turn it back and forth easily (total turning will disperse, the shape is not beautifulβ_β), fry one side until it is browned, then turn the other side, shake the pan body to make it evenly heated.

After frying on both sides, use a spatula to push to one side, add green onion, ginger, garlic, chili and cooking wine.

Remember to adjust a bowl of sauce, see the ingredients list for the sauce. Pour the sauce into the frying pan, simmer for five minutes on low heat, don't turn the fish, I use a spoon to slowly pour the soup on the fish.

Finally, adjust a little starch water, let's collect the juice on a big fire, and make it out of the pot.
Sprinkle coriander, millet spicy, green onion on the fish, pour the sauce in the pot on it, the color and fragrance are delicious.
