Braised Lobster

Buy the lobsters and soak them in light salt water. Change to clear water after the water becomes muddy. Repeat several times until the water is no longer muddy.

Prepare scissors and brushes to handle the lobster.

Cut off the paws, the lid of the upper body, and remove the gut. Then clean it with a brush.

After handling it, wash it with water several times.

Cut green peppers into pieces.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and chili.

Heat the wok, pour in the cooking oil, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and chili until fragrant.

Pour the lobster and stir fry, while adding cooking wine, vinegar, and soy sauce. After three minutes of frying, add water to cover and simmer.

Simmer for 8 minutes on high heat, add green peppers, and simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the chopped green onion and minced garlic again, and it can be served.
10.
One plate of shrimps, two people, very enjoyable.
Tips:
Shrimp must be cleaned, if you like coriander, you can add it when it comes out of the pan.
