Lobster rice is delicious. Now most restaurants outside use butter to cook rice. I am not used to the smell, so I still cook it at home. The lobster head should be cleaned first, then marinated in white wine to remove the smell, and then stir-fried in a frying pan until the color changes, so that the cooked rice will not have any fishy smell.

Lobster Rice

1. Prepare salt, green onion, shredded ginger and white wine

2. After washing the lobster head, smash the shrimp tongs with a knife

3. Pour in white wine, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes

4. Cut the broccoli into small florets and wash them to prepare the rice

5. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the broccoli and blanch the water until it changes color. Pick up the cold water and rinse for later use.

6. Pour olive oil in a hot pan, add ginger shreds and saute

7. Pour the shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes

8. Pour into the soup pot, add boiling water, cover and bring to a boil

9. After removing the foam, cover and cook for 10 minutes

10. Then add rice and cook for a while

11. Add broccoli

12. Add salt to taste and turn off the heat

Tips:

1. I tasted it and there was no fishy smell at all, so I didn't add white pepper to taste, and seasoned according to my own preference;
2. The rice should be harder to cook the rice, and the taste is the best.
