Braised Mixed Fish

Wash the hairtail and cut into sections, wash the small yellow croaker and pomfret

Prepare the seasoning

Hot pot pour oil

Heat the oil for 5 minutes and fry the fish until both sides turn yellow.

Save the bottom oil, put the onion, ginger, garlic and star anise into the pot to explode the fragrance

Pour soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Add boiling water and bring to a boil, cover and turn to medium heat until delicious

Then open the lid and collect the juice, then sprinkle the chopped green onion and turn off the pot.
Tips:
I add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to our braised fish in soy sauce without adding salt. It depends on our own taste.
