Braised Mullet with Garlic Sprouts

Ingredients, shiitake mushrooms are soaked in advance and then shredded, celery is removed and cut into sections, and pork belly is sliced.

Soak the garlic in water for a while.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the fish first. After the fish is put in the pan, fry the surface over high heat and then fry on medium heat until golden brown. Turn the other side and continue frying.

After frying the golden brown on both sides, it will be served first.

Wash the pot and add a little oil to saute the pork belly until fragrant, then add shredded shiitake mushrooms and saute.

After sauteing the mushrooms, turn to high heat, add garlic sprouts and celery, and stir-fry until soft.

Then add boiling water and mix in chicken powder, sugar, oyster sauce, salt and stir fry evenly.

Add the fish to medium heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Simmer on both sides for 5 minutes, then add the remaining celery segments and chili rings to the pot.

It's served.
