Braised Noodles with Bacon and Cowpea

Prepare wet noodles, cowpeas, and bacon.

Pinch the cowpea into small pieces and wash; slice the bacon; slap the garlic cloves for later use.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour the bacon.

Stir fry for oil.

Set aside the bacon and sauté the garlic cloves.

Pour the cowpeas and stir well.

Add Pixian bean paste and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of cold water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Spread the noodles evenly on the cowpea and simmer for 3 minutes.

The moisture is almost dry, turn the noodles a bit.

Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well. The braised noodles are put on a plate with a good taste.
Tips:
1. The cowpea does not need to be boiled for a long time, just simmer for a few minutes.
2. Stir-fried bacon is not greasy, and the vegetables and noodles absorb the fat and taste better.
3. Soy sauce, soy sauce, and bacon are very salty, no additional salt is added.
