Kidney Bean Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients!

2. Cut kidney beans into shreds, slice pork, and shred green onion and ginger.

3. Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the pork a few times, add the scallion and ginger stew to taste.

4. Pour in the light soy sauce and soy sauce and stir fry for a few times.

5. Put in kidney beans.

6. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Put in the noodles, add a proper amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute.

8. Shake the noodles and cover the pot for a while. If the water content is low, add a little hot water.

9. Add salt and chicken essence and mix well to get out of the pot.

Tips:

The noodles are made by hand, so they look wider. When adding salt, you must add less, otherwise it will be salty after the final juice is collected.
