Braised Noodles with Pork Belly and Beans

Pork belly, green onions, sliced ginger

Wash the beans, and break them off.

Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger and stir fragrant

Add pork belly and stir fry

After the pork belly changes color, add the beans and continue to stir fry

After the color of the beans turns green, pick out the ginger slices, add the light soy sauce, stir fry, add the soybean paste and the sweet noodle paste and stir-fry evenly

After the sweet noodle sauce has a slightly burnt aroma, add a suitable amount of water to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat, and cook for 30 minutes

After adding salt and chicken powder to taste, add the noodles and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Stir in the middle a few times to avoid clumping. Finally, stir in the green onions before coming out of the pan and stir evenly.
