Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Prepare the ingredients. For weight loss, I use tenderloin. If it is three-layered meat, the braised noodles will be more fragrant.
2.
Wash the meat and cut into shreds for later use.
3.
Chop the chili, green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
4.
Remove the stems of the beans, wash the old tendons and break into sections for later use.
5.
Raise the frying pan and saute the condiments.
6.
Add the cut shredded pork, stir-fry the water, add some old wine, and stir-fry for a few seconds.
7.
Place the prepared beans and fry them until the beans are slightly discolored.
8.
Add appropriate amount of water to submerge the beans, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt, and bring to a boil.
9.
Spread the noodles on the beans, be careful that the noodles touch the pan to avoid sticking to the pan.
10.
Cover the pot and simmer for five minutes.
11.
After five minutes, open the lid of the pot, turn the noodles that are not on it to the bottom, cover the lid and continue to simmer for five minutes, during which time pay attention to whether the soup in the pot is boiled to avoid burning.
12.
Stir the braised noodles evenly in the pot.
13.
The delicious bean stew noodles are ready, I like to add a spoonful of spicy sauce at the end, and mix it to taste better.
