Braised Noodles with Beans

Put the noodles on the plate and steam in the steamer for 15 minutes

Wash the mung bean sprouts, wash and peel the carrots, and soak the long beans in light salt water for 5 minutes

Blanch the long beans and set aside

Cut the vegetables into shreds and the bacon into small pieces

Add olive oil in a hot pan and fry the bacon until 2 sides are slightly burnt

Add the chopped vegetables in turn and stir fry for one minute

After the vegetables have softened, add the steamed noodles, stir and beat with chopsticks

Pour in the soy sauce and use chopsticks to quickly stir evenly. Make sure that each noodle sticks with soy sauce

Just install it! Simple fried noodles with a bowl of white fungus soup and a fruit. Whether it’s breakfast or dinner, I personally think it’s suitable
Tips:
1. Add vegetables according to personal taste.
2. After steaming, it will be more vigorous and tasteful. If you don’t like it, you can just cook it and drain the water.
