Braised Noodles with Beans

Wash kidney beans and cut into silk

Heat the oil with chopped green onion, then add the chopped kidney beans and stir fry

Pour in the right amount of water, knock in two eggs and simmer for a while

Put another pot to boil the water below

The noodles are boiled until they are ripe and then transferred to the pot of stewed beans

Tips:
After the beans are basically simmered, add the noodles to avoid overcooking the noodles.
