Braised noodles should be a kind of family fast food. A bowl of braised noodles and a bowl of soup can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which is really good. Braised noodles are home-made pasta favorites in Shanxi, Hebei, western Inner Mongolia, Henan and Shaanxi. The main ingredient is flour, and the ingredients are mainly beans and meat. Others can be added as you like.

Ingredients

Braised Noodles with Beans

1. Pork slices, green beans washed and removed, cut into sections, red pepper shreds, green onion and ginger shreds

2. Put vegetable oil in the pot, heat it for 7 minutes, add green onion, ginger and pork slices, stir until the flesh is white

3. Pour in the green beans and stir fry for a few times

4. Add soy sauce and sugar

5. Pour in enough water and add salt

6. After boiling over high heat, pour the noodles
