Basically, I took the curd at home and stewed it to work. I like to eat braised noodles. When I go to work, I sometimes cook braised noodles for lunch. Braised noodles with cauliflower sausage, the cauliflower is soft and delicious, and the noodles are fragrant and taste good.

Braised Noodles with Cauliflower Sausage

1. Prepare cauliflower, green peppers, sausages, and noodles.

2. Cut the sausages and green peppers; break the cauliflower into small flowers, wash and set aside.

3. Pour cooking oil in the rice cooker, heat it up, pour in sausages, and fry out the oil.

4. Pour the cauliflower and stir well.

5. Add the red bean paste.

6. Add an appropriate amount of cold water.

7. Pour the noodles.

8. Add green peppers; prepare a rice cooker and simmer until cooked through.
Mix the braised noodles well, put them in a bowl and serve.
