Garlic Sweet Potato Braised Noodles

Prepare wet noodles, green peppers, and sweet potatoes.

Wash green peppers and sweet potatoes, cut into small pieces, pat the garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the garlic cloves; pour in the green peppers and sweet potatoes, and stir well.

Add Pixian bean paste and stir well.
5.
Pour in an appropriate amount of cold water and cook for 5 minutes.

Evenly spread the wet noodles on the sweet potatoes and stew the noodles with steam from the boiled sweet potatoes.
7.
Simmer until the soup is reduced in the pot, turn the noodles.
8.
Pour in steamed fish soy sauce and stir well.
Tips:
1. If you can't grasp the raw and cooked noodles, you can blanch the noodles in boiling water and mix them with a little cooking oil before using them.
2. Bean paste and steamed fish soy sauce are very salty, so I didn't add additional salt.
3. There are many ingredients for braising noodles, and you can choose them appropriately.
