When I got home from get off work, I thought it was too much time for cooking and cooking. There are ready-made cowpeas and wet noodles in the refrigerator, and some bacon will be cooked together, and everything will be solved.

Cowpea Braised Noodles

1. Prepare wet noodles, cowpeas, and bacon.

2. Pinch the cowpea into small pieces and wash; slice the bacon; slap the garlic cloves for later use.

3. Heat the oil in the pan, pour the bacon and stir-fry to get the oil.

4. Set aside the bacon, sauté the garlic cloves, pour in the cowpeas, and stir well.

5. Add Pixian bean paste and stir well.

6. Add appropriate amount of cold water and simmer for 2 minutes.

7. Spread the noodles evenly on the cowpea and simmer for 3 minutes.

8. The moisture is almost dry, turn the noodles a bit.

9. Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.

10. The braised noodles are put on a plate with a good taste.
