I know that my family doesn't like to eat spare ribs, but sometimes I see very good ones and want to buy some. After putting it for many days, I had no choice but to cook the soup. No one had eaten the ribs, so I took them out and put them aside. When I was at home, I simply braised a pot of noodles and enjoyed them alone.

Braised Noodles with Pork Ribs

1. Prepare the ribs, wash, drain and set aside.

2. Put the ribs into the pot, add a suitable amount of cold water, and keep the pressure for 30 minutes.

3. Remove part of the ribs, top with light soy sauce, and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Ready to press the wet noodles.

5. Soak shiitake mushrooms, wash, and cut into fan shapes; cut garlic sprouts into small pieces; cut onions into small pieces for later use.

6. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the ginger slices.

7. Pour in the ribs and stir-fry well.

8. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry; add appropriate amount of cold water and simmer for 20 minutes.

9. Pour in the dark soy sauce and fry until it's colored.

10. Pour in garlic sprouts and onions, and stir-fry well.

11. Place the noodles on the ribs and simmer until the soup is cooked and the noodles are cooked.

12. Add Pixian bean paste.

13. Stir fry evenly.

14. Put the braised ribs noodles into a bowl and serve.
