As a native of the South, I don’t know why I like to eat pasta. Of course, I still prefer the pasta made by myself. The taste is much better. I make more pies, noodles and braised noodles. Usually one’s lunch is solved with a bowl of braised noodles. There is rice and vegetables, and the taste can be sour, spicy, and salty, soft and hard.
