Braised Noodles with Pork Beans and Eggplant

Cut the ingredients

Separate fat and lean meat

Because it’s dried noodles bought in the supermarket, it’s best to rinse with boiling water to get a little moisture

Tips:
Salt soy sauce is rationed according to the individual. If it is hand-made noodles, it should be simmered directly.
