Braised Noodles with Potatoes and Beans

Sell freshly pressed thin noodles and steam for 10 minutes (5 minutes after airing). It is best to put a steaming cloth on it when steaming

This is the steamed noodles. Take the noodles out of the steamer and let dry

Add oil to the pot, stir half of the onion and garlic in the pot and fry until fragrant

Add potatoes, beans, tomatoes and stir fry

Add dark soy sauce and salt (the dish looks darker, because the noodles will absorb the color after a while), and stir-fry until the dish changes color

Add water to the pot, cover the vegetables with the amount of water, cover the pot and simmer until the vegetables soften.

Add the balls and simmer until the water is half of the water added in the previous step

Tear off the steamed noodles, cover the dish, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

Open the lid, add the remaining green onions, garlic, and vinegar. Use a spatula and chopsticks to turn the noodles and vegetables together. If there is no soup in the pot, if you don't turn it, it will be easy to paste.
