The refrigerator is very empty, a packet of water, a lettuce, a few pieces of small sausages made by anyone, a few potatoes, and a few green onions. Hungry and hungry, I can’t wait to fill it up. However, I have no interest in cooking noodles. Besides, what else can I make? With a flash of inspiration, an idea came up all at once, braising noodles! I have always tossed about instant noodles, and it seems that I haven't tossed on the water. Previously, instant noodles and potatoes were used to braise bacon. Now, you can braise noodles with potato sausage. The portion is not large, and it takes about ten minutes to get it done quickly, and it won't leave an empty stomach waiting for long.
In fact, I didn't pay much attention to how to make braised noodles. I just used sporadic and occasional fragments of impressions to mess around to integrate my own braised noodles. It seems that it should be placed on the most surface. Cover with water and simmer until the dough is cooked and the water is dry, and a scent is released. As soon as I uncovered the lid, I only felt more hungry, and I was too lazy to cook the expected soup. I don't need the bowl, I just ate it with the pot. . . . . "

9. Add the sausage and stir fry evenly.

10. Spread the noodles evenly on the surface.

11. Add water.

12. The surface of the water is almost flush with the noodles.

13. Cover the lid and simmer over medium heat.

14. The noodles are mature, the moisture has dried out, and the cover is uncovered.

15. Remove from the fire, sprinkle chopped green onion and black pepper on the surface.

Tips:

1. All ingredients can be adjusted arbitrarily according to your preferences.
2. You don't need tempeh if you don't have it, or you can use bean paste instead.
3. Do not add water over the surface of the noodles, otherwise the noodles will become soft and affect the taste.
4. The fire should not be too large, so as not to burn the bottom.
