Braised Octopus

Wash the hairtail, cut into sections, salt and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Add a proper amount of oil to a frying pan and heat it over high heat, add the octopus and fry until cooked.

Take out when both sides are browned.

Add a proper amount of oil in a separate pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add the octopus, add all the seasonings, and add half a small bowl of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the soup is almost dry.

Put it on a serving plate, pour in the broth, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:
1. The specific amount of seasoning can be adjusted according to your taste.
2. Try to choose fresh hairtail, otherwise it will break easily.
3. Hairtail can be dipped in flour to make it more complete and not easily broken.
