Braised Octopus
1.
Wash the octopus, pour into cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes
2.
Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, and dried chili into sections.
3.
Spread the marinated hairtail with a layer of starch,
4.
Add the oil, wait until the oil is hot, pour in the octopus fry
5.
Fry it until golden on both sides,
6.
Then heat the remaining oil from the frying octopus, add the ginger, garlic, dried chili, and peppercorns prepared earlier and stir fry several times
7.
Then pour in the octopus and stir fry for about a minute, then pour in the green onions and stir fry
8.
Add water (a bowl for eating, a bowl of water or half a bowl of water is fine), and when the water is half dried, add salt and chicken essence.
9.
When the water is dry, you can start the pot! That's it!
Tips:
The food should not be fried with butter and lamb; it should not be eaten with licorice and nepeta.
