A very simple and homemade braised octopus, from snacks to large recipes, full of home taste. Hairtail is rich in meat and thin, with more fat and concentrated in the outer layer. It is delicious, and both adults and children love it.

Braised Octopus

1. Clean the octopus, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper. Grab it and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Hairtail wrapped in eggs and fried.

4. Fry until golden and set aside.

5. Stir-fry chives and ginger.

6. Add water, soy sauce, and sugar.

7. Add the fried octopus, cook in vinegar, remove the fishy, and simmer for 10 minutes.

8. The fire can be turned off after the high heat. I like to leave some soup, the bibimbap is super delicious.

Tips:

People who are allergic to seafood should not eat it.
When the hairtail is marinated, salt is already added, so you don't need to put it when you cook it.
