Braised Octopus

Remove the viscera, kill the hairtail, wash it, and cut into small pieces

Cut green onion and ginger into strips
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and sauté
4.
Add the octopus and start frying
5.
Fry golden brown on both sides, add salt
6.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce color
7.
Add the right amount of water and start to simmer
8.
Cook for about 15 minutes, add green onions, and collect the juice over high heat.

When the hairtail is frying, you can't turn it hard
