Braised Octopus

Clean the hairtail, wash the internal organs, and set aside

Prepare a non-stick pan and pour the right amount of oil

First, fry the octopus to golden brown on both sides. Be careful to fry it over medium heat and don’t always turn it over or the octopus will break.

After frying the golden brown on both sides, directly add ginger, green onion, dried chili and garlic to the pot without starting a separate pot. Add water

After adding water, add the salt chicken essence sugar and the fresh soy sauce and cooking wine to the pot

The fire will boil it

Turn the heat to a slow simmer, pay attention to the added water to touch the food itself

Stew the fish on a low fire and turn it into a high fire

Add coriander after it is out of the pot
Tips:
When frying the octopus, don’t always turn it over until it’s cooked and then turn it over, otherwise the octopus will be easily broken. The fried octopus will be a little bit jerky to eat. It is very delicious with a bowl of rice and a small stir-fried green vegetable.
