Braised Octopus

Wash the hairtail and set aside.

Prepare the marinating seasonings, black pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, ginger, and salt.

Add the seasoning and mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Shred ginger, mince garlic, cut millet pepper into small sections, and cut green garlic and celery into sections.

Prepare cornstarch.

Heat the pan with oil, coat the marinated hairtail with cornstarch and fry it until golden on both sides.

Then clip it out and put it on the plate for later use, and wash the pot well.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped ingredients.

Pour the marinade and add some dark soy sauce.

Pour a small bowl of water, put some salt in it and bring it to a boil.

Pour in the fried octopus and cook for 2 minutes.
12.
Put the octopus on a plate, leaving the soup in the pot.
13.
Pour in the prepared celery and green garlic and cook.
14.
Pour the broth on the octopus.
