Braised Octopus
1.
Wash all the ingredients, cut the octopus into sections, cut peppers into sections, cut green onions, shred ginger, and cut coriander into two pieces.
2.
Pour oil into the pot, put the octopus one by one, and fry for a while on high heat. Don't turn the pot in a hurry. Keep moving the pot to keep the fish hot. First turn it over to see if it turns golden, then turn it over one by one, and then fry it.
3.
Same steps as above, both sides are fried in the serving plate
4.
Add some oil to the pot, squeeze the onion, ginger, hot pepper, and stir fry a few times
5.
Pour in the octopus, pour in water, submerge the octopus, pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, spicy powder, salt, sprinkle with coriander
6.
Cover the pot with a lid, turn to medium heat, and turn to medium heat until there is a little juice in the pot, turn off the heat, and sprinkle coriander on the plate.
Tips:
1. The amount of chili depends on the individual. I made this dish more spicy. 2. Don't turn the fried fish in a hurry, otherwise the fish will be broken.
