Braised Octopus

Prepare the raw materials as shown in the figure

Scallion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, cut into sections

The hairtail section is dried in water and sprinkled with flour

Heat the oil, put the octopus section in a frying pan and fry

The octopus is fried on both sides until golden brown and then out of the pan

Pour oil into the pot, sprinkle onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and chili until fragrant

Pour the fried octopus into the pot

Pour vinegar, soy sauce, and cooking wine in the pot to color the hairtail
9.
Pour in hot water to submerge the octopus, add sugar, salt, tomato sauce, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes
10.
After the soup is thick, it can be out of the pot
