When I was making this hairtail, my daughter just came home from school, and she said that she smelled the scent as soon as she opened the door, and her happy face made me very happy. Such a simple and easy dish can make her happy. I really like her as she has never seen the world before. Haha!

Braised Octopus

1. Wash the hairtail and cut into sections

2. White noodles, two spoons of starch each, add half a teaspoon of salt and mix

3. Add water and stir until there are no particles, scoop it down in a straight line with a spoon, put the hairtail in it and coat it with paste.

4. Put the mashed hairtail in the pot at the temperature of the oil one by one. In order to save oil, you can put the hairtail in batches.

5. Fry it until golden on one side, turn it over and fry it on the other side

6. Fry until golden on both sides and serve.

7. Put the remaining oil in the pot, add pepper, star anise, dried red pepper, green onion, ginger slices and fry to get a fragrance

8. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and hot water

9. Add the octopus, boil the soup, cover and simmer for ten minutes

10. The sauce can be served after high heat.

Tips:

Do not overturn the hairtail in the oil, fry it until golden and then turn it over. Put the water until it is level with the hairtail. If the taste is strong, add some salt at the end.
