Braised Octopus

The hairtail is treated and wiped off the surface water and chopped into pieces.

Sliced ginger, sliced garlic, chopped green onion, and a spoonful of spicy sauce.

Heat oil in the pot and fry the octopus.

Fry until the octopus is slightly yellow on both sides and serve.
