Braised Octopus

Shred the ginger, wash the green onion and cut into sections for later use.

Wash the octopus, put a little cornstarch on it, and set aside.

Pour oil in a hot pan, add a little salt, and fry the octopus until golden on both sides, add the ginger shreds, turn the scallion white, pour some soy sauce and add a little water to boil, turn the octopus and cook, add the scallions.
