Braised Octopus

One hairtail is cleaned and drained

Cut into sections
3.
Spread a thin layer of starch on both sides
4.
Heat oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add the octopus and fry on both sides
5.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance
6.
Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce
7.
Add hot water flush with the fish body, turn to medium heat and boil for about 8 minutes
8.
Collect the juice over high heat and serve it out of the pot
