They are all seafood brought back from my hometown. I consume them slowly. I can't put them in the refrigerator. Although it is braised, it has a special flavor!

Braised Octopus Feet

1. The octopus feet are cleaned. Drain the water and set aside.

2. In a clean pot with no water, turn on high heat, pour in corn oil, add star anise, green onion, ginger slices, dried chili, warm the oil, and stir fry for a little flavor.

3. Pour octopus feet. Constantly stir fry.

4. Stir-fry until slightly discolored, pour in the cooking wine, and remove the fishy.

5. After stir-frying, pour in the oil.

6. Stir well and pour in the light soy sauce.

7. Pour in the dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly, so that the octopus is evenly colored.

8. Add appropriate amount of water, slightly over the octopus feet, cover the pot, simmer for 3-5 minutes, be sure to cook!

9. Then add salt to taste.

10. Add sugar to refresh. At this point the soup has been slightly boiled until it is dry!

11. Add the chopped garlic roots.

12. Stir-fry evenly, 30 seconds.

13. Just out of the pot.

1. Suitable for heavy taste. 2. It must be cooked well!
