Braised Octopus in Snow

Wash the potherb mustard, soak and mince, wash the octopus and cut into sections.

Put the octopus in the oil at 70% heat, and fry both sides of the yellow octopus.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the shallots, ginger slices, dried chilies and potherb must be poured into the cooking wine.

Pour in light soy sauce and a little water.

Add sugar.

Add the fried hairtail and cook for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
1) Hairtail is a wind-promoting agent, and should not be eaten by anyone suffering from skin diseases such as scabies and eczema or skin allergies; cancer patients and people with lupus erythematosus should not eat; carbuncle treatment toxins, lymphatic tuberculosis, and bronchial asthma should also be avoided .
2) Do not use butter and lamb frying for hairtail; do not eat with licorice and nepeta.
