Braised Octopus with Bitter Melon

Remove the scales, head and tail, and internal organs of the octopus. Wash and cut into sections. Prepare the scallion, ginger, garlic, pepper and star anise.

Don't simmer the bitter gourd for a long time, because that way, the nutritious taste will not be good.
