Braised Octopus with Tempeh

Clean up the hairtail and cut into sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the octopus section and fry

Fry on one side to make the shape, turn it over and fry again

After cooking on both sides, serve and set aside

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant.

Tips:
1. When frying tempeh, use a little more oil to prevent frying.
2. Fry the octopus in a customized shape, because it needs to be cooked.
